We sent home three notices today. The first is a Bottle Drive permission form. Please fill it out and return it tomorrow to allow your child to participate in a bottle drive in the local community. The second and third forms are regarding the Foundational Skills Assessment (FSA). It's a standardized test for all students in grade 4 and grade 7 designed to help the Ministry of Education understand how well students are learning core academic skills. There is no permission form required. All students are automatically registered for FSA testing. If you have a reason why you wish your child not to participate, there is a form to opt out. Alternative instruction will be provided for any students whose family do not wish them to participate.

Below are PDF's of the three notices to download if you need them. Click image to download.
